By registering for the Holcim Foundation Forum 2025, you agree to the following terms:

 

Attendance

We expect all confirmed participants to attend the entire program from 15:00 on November 18 to 16:00 on November 21, 2025. Your presence and input throughout all sessions are crucial to achieving a meaningful experience for everyone attending.
 

Cancellation
If you need to cancel your participation, please inform us at your earliest convenience. Kindly note that cancellations made after October 1, 2025 will incur a cancellation fee of CHF 2,500 to cover the conference fees, accommodation, F&B, and other pre-arranged costs.
 

Liability
The Holcim Foundation cannot be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property incurred during travel to or from the event or throughout the duration of the program. Participants are responsible for securing their own travel and health insurance coverage for the duration of the event.
